The new olli organic bottling factory is considered among the best of its kind for its size in the world. Technologically as well as from a food hygiene point of view. It has an extensive and detailed HACCP system in place (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), which is audited by the SABS.

Bottling is done at speed in a separate, high care, ultra-hygienic area. Every bottle is physically checked numerous times and for various reasons. In addition, a food sample of every batch is incubated and sent for extensive and varied microbiological analysis.

You can also make use of used containers in many ways at home. You can store your home-made food in the empty containers, but remember to ensure that they are cleaned thoroughly and well sterilized before you do.
